Hansen Family Music Excellence Scholarship

At their option, Applicants may prepare and submit additional supplementary materials for consideration. Please do not submit any materials that need to be returned to the Applicant.

Please submit any supplementary materials to the Scholarship Fund via email to the Scholarship Fund by the deadline date to be considered.

Please use the following format guidelines:

• Include the name of the Applicant in the body of the supplementary materials.
• Submit the materials formatted in a PDF File as an attachment to an email.
• Include the HCHS Student I.D. # and Legal Name of the Applicant in the Subject Line of the email.
• Label the PDF file with the HCHS Student I.D. # of the Applicant, followed by a word which describes their content (ie. label example of "8yynnn RESUME.pdf").
